EtG Estimator
Ethyl glucuronide (EtG) is a byproduct produced when alcohol is processed by the body. EtG can be detected in urine for up to 80 hours after drinking, making it commonly used in recovery programs and legal settings to track recent alcohol use.
Step 1: How many drinks did you have?
Step 2: When was your last drink?
This estimator uses default values of 50,000 ng/mL of EtG per standard drink, assumes a peak EtG level 8 hours after the last drink, and an EtG half-life of 3 hours. Individual differences in metabolism can affect how quickly EtG is processed.
